This course is designed to provide project builders with the complete technical knowledge needed to create, deploy, and maintain content-managed web sites with RedDot CMS.

Skill Requirements:

This course is targeted to experienced web developers responsible for the technical project-building component of a CMS implementation, who need in-depth knowledge of the site implementation process.

You should be an experienced web developer with proficiency in HTML.

Non-technical project personnel wishing to gain experience with RedDot CMS should attend the RedDot CMS Project Manager course only.

Pre-requisites:

We recommend that students attend RedDot CMS Project Manager before attending this class.

RedDot CMS Project Manager Training Course

Description:

This course is designed to provide students with knowledge of the complete RedDot CMS project lifecycle and best practices for implementation.

Students will learn how to assess personnel roles, develop RedDot CMS project timelines, perform company-wide rollouts, and maintain RedDot CMS implementations.

Students will also gain hands-on experience with technical basics of RedDot CMS project architecture.

Skill Requirements:

This course is targeted to Web project managers, Web designers, and anyone else involved in a RedDot CMS project team, except for system administrators.

We recommend that students have experience managing large-scale Web projects.

While it helps to have a technical background, Web development experience is not required.

This course is designed to provide RedDot LiveServer Administrators with hands-on experience installing, upgrading and maintaining RedDot LiveServer. Students will learn how to manage a RedDot LiveServer installation, tune it for performance and configure it for backup and disaster recovery. The course ends with a workshop designed to help students diagnose and troubleshoot errors.
